- Usage Information: Device identifiers, IP addresses, and log data to help us troubleshoot and improve platform performance.
How We Use Information
We do not sell your data. We use the collected information exclusively to:

- Request the complete deletion of your clinic's account and associated data upon subscription termination.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to close your DentalOne account, we provide a 30-day grace period for you to export your records. After this period, all clinic and patient data is permanently and securely purged from our active databases and backups.
